Check Zoom Settings
Head over to https://zoom.us to verify local recording settings:
1. Sign in to Zoom.us
2. Click on Settings on the left
3. Search "Computer recording"
4. Enable Computer Recording
5. Enable "Hosts can give meeting participants permission to record locally"
